The link above can be used as a visual skeleton for what your character would need. This sheet has more than what you need but it is the best i know of right now. Any abilities listed on this sheet if you want to have on your own please discuss with me and we shall see. If you would like to use this and the other information in the other threads in the Library to come up with your own character by all means go for it but I will be going over it with you and ask you to make adjustments where needed. Also for those who would like to have a more computer friendly version also this is the version of what i will be using so if you do use this version i will be able to just email you your character sheet or something...i think. All characters will receive 15 points to add to their character at that time, all 15 must be used
To earn more points at character creation you can:
Add 5 negative traits to your physical or social or mental stats any negatives more than 5 does not matter
Choose 7 points worth in flaws, any flaws adding up to more than 7 does not matter
Lower your path rating OR pick up a mental derangement****
Willpower and Blood to be determined with HST
Willpower can be bought 1 for 1 at character creation and is 3 points per dot thereafter
Negatives can be bought off for 2 points per 1 dot
Flaws can be bought off with roleplay of working out the flaw and double the cost
Backgrounds must be kept up, if they are not used you will loose
As I dont see a huge flock of people wanting to play right now experience will be given as often as I see fit.

The XP Bag: I personally believe life happens different to different people and it truly is a luck of the draw. For every character created for the life of this game you will be allowed at character creation to draw from 2 bags potentially 3
Mechanics of the XP Bag:
The XP Bag: This bag will be a random number 1-30 the number drawn will be granted at character creation to be added to that character
The Flaw Bag: If you want to you will have the option to draw from the flaw bag. This flaw no matter what will be added to your sheet.
Aftermath of Flaw Bag 1: You can then draw out of the merit bag and ignore the normal merit/flaw law+
Aftermath of Flaw Bag 2: You can accept the point value of the flaw and ignore the normal merit/flaw law+
Backstories:
A backstory must be submitted if playing: Malkavian
Any backstory submitted will be read and determining its quality will receive bonus points to add to your character
Backstories can be submitted at any point including a story form of actions since character creation
Story form and worksheet format is acceptable.
Any amount of the background Age requires a background, this is to be discussed further in private with HST
Costs:
Traits 1 for 1
Willpower 1 for 1 at character creation, 3 for 1 after character creation
Abilities 1 for 1
Backgrounds 1 for 1 at character creation, can not be bought afterwards, must be earned
Merits Cost written next to merit is cost at character creation. After character creation its double that amount
Flaws Earns up to 7 points worth of freebies for 7 points worth of flaws. To buy flaws off later is double the cost
In clan disciplines level 1 and 2 cost 3 points, 3 and 4 costs 6 points, level 5 costs 9 points
out of clans cost, level 1 and 2 cost 4, 3 and 4 costs 7, and level 5 costs 10.
Notes:
*: This is a cut throat game, there will not be many 9th generation PC's to begin but you are a soulless monster...go eat someone!
**: If you attempt to go lower than 12 and fail you will have to pay for generation
***: 14th generation gets to make their own disciplines within reason and with ST's approval, must have a write up of 'new' disciplines and a logical mechanic system for them.
****: Malkavians must have one derangement already and can add a second if they choose.
+: Merit/Flaw Law: the most you can have in merits is 7 points and the most points you can use to max out your character is 7.
++: You for whatever reason, i.e.-newly imbraced, converted, or cannon fodder. will be shovelhead. Shovelheaded means you are knocked out, drained of your blood buried in a 6ft (minimum) hole after being drained of every ounce of blood in your corpse and then waking up in a panic you dig yourself out in hopes you won't die and will attack the first thing you see if there is no blood ready for you, the nice ones will let you drink your own blood drained from you for the ritual. After this rebirth you are a new part of the Sword, ready to strike fear into the cattle, or die for the cause.
